Come join us at BlackHorse Course at Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course as we are currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Seaside, CA!

Whether you are a passionate golfer or simply looking for a fun and rewarding job outdoors, this position is an excellent opportunity for students to interact with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both our caddies and patrons. This allows you to focus on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with golfers, and managing the course efficiently.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with Golfers and club visitors, providing top-notch customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information with golfers
Aid golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge or experience
Display an outgoing and customer-focused personality
Physically able to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the golf course multiple times a day
Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Customer Service, Golf Retail, Sales, and other outdoor or recreational positions is a plus.
